- Patient Portal access is available and features text messaging or email for appointment reminders. Email the office, call or ask at your next appointment for portal access invitation.
- Blood tests are done in-house and at Beaumont labs.
- If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage for in-house testing, please inquire at the front desk prior to testing.
Prescription Guidelines
- 12 hour notice required for refills.
- No refills are processed on weekends or after 1:00 pm on Friday.
- The Drug Enforcement Agency requires that certain narcotic drug prescriptions be picked up by the patient.
- The Drug Enforcement Agency mandates that providers must see their patients every 90 days for narcotic drug prescriptions. Please schedule in advance for your appointments.
Insurance
Oakland Medical Center accepts most major medical plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please ensure your plan is accepted before beginning treatment by calling the main office number.
